About

Arturo is an IT administrator with 20+ years across identity & access management, cloud infrastructure, and security operations. His path started in IT systems administration and ERP support in Mexico, took him through broadcast operations and small-business ownership, and included a spell volunteering as an IT instructor with educational NGOs in Nepal and India, teaching computing literacy and cybersecurity. He has since worked across Mexico, Latin America, and — since moving to Dublin — Ireland, running identity, cloud, and security programmes for enterprise and healthcare-SaaS environments.

He currently owns IT operations, identity & access, and security tooling at MEG, a multi-region healthcare SaaS, and lectures part-time at Dublin Business School, teaching postgraduate modules in Cloud Security & Compliance, Network Security, Containerization, Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing, and Monitoring & Logging.

Alongside the engineering work, he writes poetry in English and Spanish, drawing on the Latin American tradition. The same attention to precision that goes into an IAM rollout or a Terraform module shows up in the writing — different material, same instinct for getting the structure right.
